Here at Vale, we only offer an exchange if the item you have received is faulty. Please let us know about the fault by sending us a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns must be received by our head office within 7 working days of the date of delivery. Once the item has been received by our head office, we will then send a replacement garment back to you. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund on the item.
We do not offer a refund on sale items. However if the product is faulty and we have the correct stock we can provide an exchange.
As the embroidery is personalized, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds on these items.
